We Are Non-Profit Network
The Ozone Network for Environmental Preservation was established at the end of 2023 by a group of non-governmental organizations in Iraq. It works to protect the environment and address climate change through improving the legislative environment related to this field, as well as increasing community participation in efforts aimed at mitigating climate change impacts, confronting them, and adapting to them, by activating the role of civil society. The Ozone Network for Environmental Preservation is one of the program’s outputs, “Improving Human Rights Conditions and Enhancing Democratic Participation,” which is implemented by the Public Aid Organization and supported by the Norwegian People’s Aid.

We Work Together
Welcome to Ozone Network for Environmental Preservation

It aims to unite efforts, build the capacity of civil society organizations, and enhance participation at national, regional, and international levels. The network advocates for sustainable policies, raises public awareness, and supports research to tackle Iraq’s environmental challenges and climate change impacts. Its goal is to empower communities and ensure effective climate adaptation and environmental governance.
